Schliachtanudeln (pasta with cheese)


Ingredients:

6 handfuls of 3 mm wide ribbon pasta
 Salted water
 Goat's cheese
 Grated Zillertal Grey cheese
 125 ml Zillertal whipped cream
 Pieces of butter

Preparation:

1. Pour salt water over the pasta until it is covered

2. Add crumbled goat's cheese and cook for 8 minutes

3. Mix the grated Zillertal Grey cheese into the mixture

4. Before serving, add pieces of butter and the Zillertal whipped cream

5. Serve with milk and green salad
