For travellers from the Netherlands, there are numerous connections with Deutsche Bahn that go to Munich and from there on towards the Zillertal. Direct connections from Amsterdam to Innsbruck can also be booked. There are many direct connections from Germany, especially the ICE direct connections from Hamburg, Berlin, Erfurt and Frankfurt are highly recommended. Travellers from Switzerland can use Railjets from Zurich via the Arlberg to Innsbruck several times a day.

Avoid lugging - send your luggage ahead! For even more comfort on arrival, both Deutsche Bahn and ÖBB offer a luggage service where your luggage is transported to your accommodation before you start your journey and is already waiting for you when you arrive. In addition, numerous ski rentals and ski depots are available at the valley stations of the mountain railways, so that you can start your ski day in comfort.
