Location & Getting Here

Zillertal is located in the west of Austria in the state of Tirol and is the widest of the side valleys on the south side of the Inn Valley. In contrast to the other side valleys in Tirol, Zillertal is relatively flat and rises only slightly between Strass (522 m) and Mayrhofen (628 m). This makes it easy to get here, even in winter.

Numerous public transport connections from major European cities enable you to enjoy a relaxed and inexpensive journey to Zillertal. If you travel by train or plane, your holiday will start as soon as you leave home – no more traffic jams at critical junctions, no need to calculate time buffers. From Jenbach, your destination train station, you can reach your accommodation easily on the Zillertalbahn or a public bus. From your destination airports, Innsbruck or Munich, the reliable Four Seasons airport shuttle will take you quickly and comfortably to Zillertal.
