This trail was specifically created to provide an interesting and diverse ski experience as well as helping to improve dexterity and coordination whilst training. The trail leads gently down the valley for the first 600 m after the start until the „Ski-Cross“ section, which should be skied in racing style. Strategically placed gates force a change of direction, which serve to improve the asymmetric leading hand technique as well as coordination. The trail then leads slightly uphill in the direction of Mayrhofen until the “Camel Hump” section. Conquering this section will involve using the arm, back, abdomen, buttock and leg muscle groups in particular. The steep downhill section is ideal for balance training.
