A toboggan ride in the Zillertal winter wonderland is the ideal family excursion and a fantastic experience for people of all ages – or, in other words, a real “must” for any winter holiday! Ascend on foot or by cable car, enjoy a little mountain hut magic and then shoot back down into the valley on one of Zillertal’s 15 optimally prepared toboggan runs with a total length of some 48 kilometres for tobogganing fun at its best! What’s more, 30 kilometres of the runs are illuminated in the evenings so there’s nothing to stop exciting night-time toboggan rides!

Tobogganing at the Spieljoch
The 5.5 km long toboggan run starts at the mountain station and ends at the middle station of the Spieljochbahn. The 10-seater gondola lift takes you directly from the village area in Fügen up to 1,858 m.
Snowtubing at Gerlosstein
The other amazing snow activity in the Gerlosstein ski area is called snowtubing. All winter fans can now try this fun activity on specially prepared runs (approx. 200 m)!
