Ingredients:
300 g rye flour
400 g wheat flour
30 g yeast

250 g dried pears
200 g figs
200 g raisins
150 g nuts
50 g orange peel
20 g candied lemon peel
30 g of pignoli (marzipan biscuits)
Rum
Mixed spices
Ground cloves
60 g icing sugar
Preparation:
1. Cook the dried pears until soft and then dice with the figs, orange and lemon peel, and roughly chop the nuts.
2. Mix the fruit mixture and spices and leave to stand overnight.
3. The next day, knead the ingredients for the dough to a medium firm mass and leave it to rise.
4. Finally, add the fruit.
5. Allow to rest for 1/2 hour and shape into loaves. Allow them to rise and brush with black coffee.
6. Bake for about 1 hour at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.
