Reindeer cookies

250 g spelt flour
 100 g sugar
 ½ pkg baking powder
 ½ pkg vanilla sugar
 1 pinch cinnamon
 200 g peanut butter
 80 g soft butter
 1 egg
 1 tbsp milk

For decorating:
 chocolate lentils
 salted pretzels
 and sprinkles if desired



  1. First mix the dry ingredients and then knead into a dough with butter, egg, milk and peanut butter and chill.
  2. Then form the dough into a roll, cut evenly into pieces, roll into balls and stick halved salted pretzels into the biscuits as antlers.
  3. Bake on a baking tray with enough space between them at 160 degrees hot air for about 8 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool briefly, then decorate the reindeer's nose and eyes with chocolate or chocolate lentils.
